I can’t say enough about Josh and the service he provided! I had been struggling with yellow jackets getting into my house for 7-8 days. After I was actually stung while sitting in my recliner in the living room, I had my window air conditioner removed, thinking they were somehow getting in through there. Unfortunately, that didn’t help. The next day, I had 4 yellow jackets on my front windows, and the following day I had 3 more. That’s when I finally gave up and researched who the best people were to call. I am SO glad I did! This company is outstanding. They answered the phone on the second ring, were extremely polite, and assured me that a technician would contact me within 15 minutes. They gave me his name, and Josh called me within 5 minutes. I opted to go with emergency service because I was afraid of getting stung again. Just arrived in under 10 minutes. It took Josh less than 5 minutes to find where they were coming from.... the swarm was at the very top of my chimney! It was a very large yellow-jacket nest, and Josh took care of it immediately. He explained that it would take a few days for all of the yellow jackets to completely die off and told me that if I was still seeing them after that, I should simply call him back. Josh was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I am super happy that I called this company and will definitely be using them for my home from here on out. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a pest problem!
