Is a Raccoon Living in Your Chimney or Attic?
Raccoons are medium-sized mammals with long tails. These intelligent creatures have a well-earned reputation for mischief, from more than the bandit-like black markings around their eyes. Look for the following signs they have made your property a home:
- Overturned garbage cans
- Ripped shingles
- Torn up lawn or garden
- Noises in the attic or chimney
- Droppings left by trees
Eliminate 'Em Pest Control offers fast and efficient wildlife removal services. Wildlife control can be dangerous, as animals can carry rabies or other harmful diseases for humans and household pets. Let our licensed technicians handle all pest control needs. We offer same-day service and free estimates to remove raccoons. Professional technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to get rid of the raccoons causing damage or creating a nuisance in and around your home or business.

Yes, safety is our top priority. We use only EPA-registered, eco-friendly pesticides and non-chemical solutions where possible, applying them strictly according to label instructions in areas inaccessible to children and pets. Your technician will advise you on any necessary precautions, such as keeping the area clear until the treatment has fully dried, which is typically a short period.
You should see a significant and noticeable reduction in pest activity within one to two days following treatment. The exact time frame depends on the specific pest and the treatment method used, but our comprehensive approach is designed to immediately disrupt the infestation and provide guaranteed elimination.
To maximize the effectiveness of your treatment, we recommend cleaning food debris from countertops, securing open food in sealed containers, and emptying the indoor garbage can. For specific pests like fleas or bed bugs, your technician may provide targeted preparation instructions for vacuuming or laundering materials.
